Citrus AMA Recap with ICOSpeaks
Ask Me Anything sessions and other interactive events are an excellent way to interact with the community directly. Citrus’ CTO Ishaan Dave recently participated in an engaging AMA session with ICOSpeaks where we talked about everything related to Citrus.
The AMA session was held on ICOSpeaks Telegram Channel and included several interesting questions that we were glad to clarify to our community. Let’s take a quick look at the AMA session.
The AMA session began with a brief self-introduction by Ishaan Dave.
Ishaan started by mentioning that the core Citrus team is primarily based out of Dubai and includes Avanik Vekariya as CEO and Founder, Ishaan Dave as Chief R&D and technology officer of Citrus with Hardik Joshi as COO and Sanket Barot as Chief Services Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Avanik is a seasoned businessman with a diverse portfolio in real estate, manufacturing, automobile, and healthcare.
- Hardik is a process expert, motivational speaker, and avid motorcyclist with over 17 startups in his portfolio.
- Ishaan is a technocrat holding several technical certifications and an agile trainer with the hands-on expertise of moving legacy systems to futuristic gadgets.
- Sanket is known for his creative marketing ideas and has over 860k active viewers on his YouTube Channel.
Together, the team has a common goal of providing accessible, efficient, and advanced technology to everyone tied by a single thread of ethics.
After the brief introduction about the Citrus team, Ishaan answered a few questions about the project. Here are a few interesting excerpts from the session.
Q: Each project has an exciting story before it is created. So can you tell people about the story that gave you the motivation to build and develop a gaming project like that?
A: “We can see in our day-to-day life there is a huge crowd playing games here and there. They are investing their time in playing; I agree that they enjoyed it a lot, but there isn’t a revenue stream attached.”
Citrus came up with an idea to help game enthusiasts by paying them for the points they earn during their gameplay. While this is just one use case, it will act as the building core for other utilities to be introduced soon. Moreover, Citrus was initially born as a gaming token but has evolved into an NFT Marketplace, IoT, Providing venture capitals, and many other areas.
Q: How is (the project) development going? Can you describe the current development efforts, the market expansion plans, the expected applications, and when they will be commercially available?
A: Ishaan answered,
“After the success of our very first game (Clash Crush Block with over 50k downloads)
A. Team is working on the iOS version of the same, and it’s under the testing phase.
B. We at Citrus are doing the final stage of testing for NFT Marketplace. Stay tuned for the same. Citrus is coming with an NFT Marketplace that is never before.
C. The second phase of NFT Marketplace will be having a multi-chain protocol for minting.
D. Working on the concept of some cool racing games.
E. Working on partnership with IoT ventures.”
Q: Trust is essential in business. What makes investors, customers, and users feel safe while working with your project?
A: Citrus believes in the importance of trust and transparency for investors, customers, and users and is constantly making the project a dedicated space. In its initial attempts, Citrus has been listed on PancakeSwap, and the liquidity of the CTS token is publicly visible. Moreover, Citrus is working on getting the liquidity locked with Unicrypt.

Apart from that, Citrus’s Smart contracts are error-free and have been audited by QuillHas, a third-party auditor, and the certificate for audit is available on the website.
Q: What’s your main focus right now, focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?
A: “WE believe that without the community, it does not make sense to get listed on the market or exchanges, and at the same time, if the token is not listed on the Exchange, how the community will benefit.
So it’s two sides of the coin, and both have to walk hand by hand.”
